Shipping Policy

Before We get into the specifics, We would like to emphasize on the following key aspects of our shipping policy:

  • We want to deliver our products to You as quickly as humanly possible, in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
  • Shipping is chargeable for Every orders with Flat Rate Rs. 48 no matter what the type of order Prepaid or Cash On Delivery we have same rate for all orders
  • Our Primary shipment services are , Fedex,Ecom Express,Delhivery, Shadowfax,BlueDart,Xpressbees and Speedpost.
  • Delivery Time:
    As Per Pincode Availability & Dispatches! We Deliver All orders Within 2 to 7 days in All over India

Cash on Delivery:

  • The availability of Cash on the Delivery option depends on the ability of our shipment partners servicing at your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
  • Cash On Delivery service may not available all the time or at every location
  • All orders placed with Cash on Delivery Request shall require OTP confirmation through registered mobile number. If the number associated has previously refused to accept products shipped using Cash On Delivery as a mode of payment, we shall cancel the order.
  • Please note that the Charges mentioned against the products do not include the Shipping Charges and Cash On Delivery Charges and is only the actual price of the product. The applicable shipping charges and Cash on Delivery charges are visible only when You check out the products included in the Cart.
  • In case you wish to return the product and claim refund due to any issue that we will issue Refund or Replacement whichever is possible by Yeskiya
     

National Delivery:

  • We will dispatch the order in 1-3 days, depending upon availability.
  • Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-5 business days in the metro cities, and 5-10 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, pandemic etc.)
  • You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and SMS will be sent with a link. You can also track it from your account on the website.
  • If our courier partners are unable to deliver the product due to any issue, we will inform you via email and call.

Products on Demand

Some of the products made available on our Website are products manufactured on demand of the users. We have explicitly stated against such products that they are “Products on Demand”. Any orders made against such “Products on Demand” will be shipped by us within 5 to 10 days of placing the Order. You may at any time after the placing the Order contact our Customer Support Executives to know the status of your Orders. All provisions relating to delivery timelines shall be applicable to such products from the date of shipment of such products.

Notwithstanding anything mentioned in the aforementioned provisions, we do not guarantee that delivery will happen within any specific timelines as it is completely dependent on the shipment services. Sometimes, the delivery may take longer duration due to:

  • Bad weather conditions;
  • Transportation delays;
  • Political disruptions; or
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to You. Please check your emails for such updates.

To the maximum extent permissible by law, We shall not be liable to You or any other persons for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special, consequential damages or loss of profits, revenue or goods will be incurred by You due to any delay in the delivery of orders.
