We Provide You 100% Replacement OR Refund Guarantee

We will replace the items with new items if possible or otherwise we will Refund Your Order Amount Only in case of Defective Or Wrong Product and Any issue with Product Received in accordance with this Policy.

If you have a Issue with Product you can exchange the product Or Apply for Refund within 7 days of delivery. For all exchanges,replacement and Refund please email our customer care executive at support@Yeskiya.com Or Call Directly to Our Customer care number At 8839650198 along with your complete order details and issues. We will pick the product from your doorstep and ship you the required order once we receive the shipment. There will be no extra shipping charge levied by us.

We will accept Replacement and Exchanges of an Item only if the following conditions are met:

  • You can request for a replacement for your order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
  • The tags and labels on the item should be intact;
  • The Product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition; and
  • The Product is returned along with the original packaging.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, used, or soiled.

Replacement Exclusions:

  • We do not replace or Refund in case of we Delivered Right Product or it has no any issue

If we do not have a reverse pick up facility at your location, we request you to self-ship the product to us. We will provide you Shipping Cost Expense by Customer Upto 100 Rs by paytm ,Phonepe or Google pay or in your bank account

 Cancellation of orders:

  • You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order Id to support@yeskiya.com or call to 8839650198
  • Our Customer Service Executives will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation request. Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel your order.
  • After confirmation of the cancellation request, Your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you had made the order within 4 to 7 days depends on the policy of your Bank.  You will be notified about the cancellation of your order vide email.
  • Once the order dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel the order.
  • If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped.
  • For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please drop an email to support@yeskiya.com and we will see if we can work it out for you.
  • We may at any time at our sole discretion cancel your order after intimating you about our decision to cancel your order by writing to your registered email id. In the event of any such cancellation, You may opt to replace the order with a new order after making any additional payment as applicable after adjustment or request for the refund the amount to your bank account.

Refunds:

  • We do refunds only in a genuine case of delivery of defective products or Wrong product Delivered and if we are unable to send you new ones due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the event of delivery of defective products, you have to send an email to our customer support executives at support@yeskiya.com along with the details of the order, nature of issues, photographs of the defective product within 7 Day of delivery. 
  • In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then Yeskiya will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.
  • However, you may still opt for exchange and returns in an aforementioned manner. All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you had processed the payment
